On August 3, the Zhejiang Provincial Women's Federation held a special case-sharing session titled "AI + Women's Federation Work" as part of its "Zhejiang Women's Lecture Series." Six frontline officials and executive committee members from provincial departments, directly-affiliated institutions, grassroots organizations, and emerging-sector women's federations shared real-world applications of AI tools in smart administration, women-led technological innovation, and family services. The event showcased practical achievements in adopting AI to boost work efficiency and advancing women's development.

Within the administrative offices of the Zhejiang Women's Federation, AI tools have become efficient and powerful assistants. From designing research questionnaires and processing basic data to generating social media content, drafting documents, and planning themed events, AI liberates staff from repetitive tasks. This allows them to dedicate more energy to in-depth analysis and strategic decision-making—addressing the evolving needs of women and children behind the data with more targeted and high-quality services.

AI+: Delivering Warmer and More Precise Family Services

AI technology is driving a digital, round-the-clock, precision-targeted transformation in the Women's Federation's service delivery. To address prevalent parenting-related challenges, the Provincial Family Education Guidance Center has launched the "Zhejiang Smart Family" digital platform, bringing together professional family counselors with AI tools to help parents navigate parenting anxieties. Meanwhile, the Jiaojiang District Women's Federation in Taizhou City leverages AI and big data to build a full-process intelligent family dispute resolution system—covering automated response, smart case dispatch, AI-assisted mediation, and follow-up visits—turning sophisticated algorithms into people-centered solutions for family matters.

AI+: Empowering Female Entrepreneurship and Innovation

The Women's Federation of Ningbo TusPark has pioneered a new AI-driven service model to empower female tech professionals. It provides tailored support for women-led technology enterprises in policy application, financial risk assessment, and One Person Company (OPC) startup services, effectively unlocking the innovative potential of women in science and technology.

The case-sharing session struck a strong chord with participants and prompted thoughtful reflection, as the shared insights were deemed highly inspiring. Participants pledged to seize the opportunities of the AI era in alignment with the Provincial Women's Federation's strategic plans. They committed to taking solid, practical steps to integrate smart technology into every aspect of their work—advancing "AI + Officials" , "AI + Operations", and "AI + Women's Development". By translating technological potential into tangible benefits for women, children, and families, the Federation aims to inject fresh momentum into the high-quality development of women's causes and advance progress along the AI track.

The event was attended by members of the 15th Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Federation, leaders of municipal and county-level women's federations, presidents of university women's federations across the province, leaders of women's committees in provincial government departments, directors of affiliated associations, and officials from various departments and directly affiliated institutions of the Provincial Women's Federation.
