From September 17 to 22, the "Seminar on Women and Economic & Social Development for Caribbean Countries" hosted by China Women's University (National Women's Federation Cadre Training College) and co-organized by the Zhejiang Women’s Cadres School took place in Zhejiang Province. As the first Caribbean-focused seminar held after the establishment of the Global Women’s Capacity Building Center, the event brought together 20 participants from four Caribbean nations, including Cuba. Through field visits, cultural exchanges, and discussion sessions, the participants gained in-depth insights into Zhejiang's practical experience in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.
