Times Change, Craftsmanship Endures

"Adherence does not mean conservatism, but innovation through inheritance." This is a phrase often shared by Han Fang to her team. Han is the Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Women Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman‌ of Nacity Property Service Group Co.,Ltd. Over the past three decades, she has led Nacity to become China's first A-share listed property service enterprise by deeply rooting itself in the real estate and property service sectors, staying true to its original aspiration, and pursuing meticulous development.

Innovation as the Engine, Breaking Boundaries

"Innovation is the driving force that keeps an enterprise moving forward," Han noted. As a homegrown Zhejiang enterprise, Nacity has stayed committed to innovation under her leadership, forging ahead with momentum.

In 2015, when most property service enterprises were still circling within traditional models, she took the lead in launching Yuejiajia, Nacity's technology platform. Adopting a "community + Internet" model, it connects the online life service platform with offline neighborhood service centers.

In the following years, Han led her team to venture into multiple sectors: in 2016, Zhejiang Yuejun Commercial Management Co., Ltd was founded, launching the "Islands" brand that covers serviced apartments and talent housing, and winning honors including "the Most Popular Long-term Rental Apartment Brand among Citizens".

In 2021, aligning with the national 14th Five-Year Plan, Han seized opportunities to expand into the elderly and child care sectors, establishing Yuexuan Elderly Care Services Co., Ltd. and Nandi Kindergarten in Hangzhou. She pioneered a new model of community-based elderly care service, operating integrated servive complexes in partnership with local governments, and creating the "Xuan Shou Li" brand for elderly care service centers and the "Jia Wei Dao" brand for community canteens.

Looking to the future, Han will continue to lead her team in exploring new frontiers across urban services, shaping consumption trends with innovative business models, and injecting new vitality into urban life.

Empowered by Technology, Shaping the Future

In today's wave of technological advancement, Han has always maintained a clear vision: technology is a tool; service is what really matters. With keen insight and resolute action, she led her team to fully upgrade the smart property management platform and enhance the company's soft power—transforming from traditional property service model to a smart-powered one.

Under her leadership, Nacity has charted a clear course for digital transformation: to improve management efficiency by upgrading its human resource system, financial sharing platform and property fee collection system, and significantly improving the accuracy of decision-making.

"An eye for beauty, care for users, and a commitment to corporate responsibility—these are the fundamental driving forces that propel us forward." This is a belief Han has always held firm in her heart. After more than 30 years of practice and steady development, she still retains the passion and clear vison of her early entrepreneurial days, taking innovation as the engine and constantly breaking new ground in the industry.

From smart property management to low-carbon operations, from community services to technological empowerment, Nacity keeps striving forward amid the tide of the times. With a more open mindset, smarter solutions and a warmer human touch, Nacity will continue to write a brilliant chapter of the "new paradigm of a better life".
